🧾 Cash on delivery commission:

If the seller issues cash on delivery (i.e. “payment upon receipt”), Nova Poshta charges a commission for transferring money to the seller:
• 2% of the payment amount + 20 UAH (fixed) - standard commission. This amount is paid by the buyer.
