You can pay for your order in cash or by card upon receipt at a Nova Poshta branch or during courier delivery.
Please note: according to the carrier's terms, an additional money transfer fee is charged.

Payment by cash or card upon receipt of the order at the post office or from a courier.
🔹 Option 2 - with details for Nova Poshta:
You pay for the goods upon receipt at a Nova Poshta branch.
The fee for the cash on delivery service is according to the carrier's tariffs.
🔹 Option 3 – via the Nova Poshta mobile app
• You can pre-pay for cash on delivery before receiving it in your personal account.
• Sometimes stores connect the Nova Poshta API, and the customer receives a notification about the online payment.
🧾 Cash on delivery commission:
If the seller issues cash on delivery (i.e. “payment upon receipt”), Nova Poshta charges a commission for transferring money to the seller:
• 2% of the payment amount + 20 UAH (fixed) — standard commission. This amount is paid by the buyer.

Fast delivery in Ukraine:
We send orders within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
Delivery is via "Nova Poshta" (or other service of the client's choice).
Delivery time: 1-3 days depending on the region.
After shipment, you will receive a TTN number to track the parcel.
