User Agreement (public offer)

This Agreement defines the rules for using the online store "Kolobok" (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) for any person (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) who places an order on the website akolobok.com.ua.

Placing an order is confirmation that the Buyer is familiar with this Agreement, accepts its terms in full and concludes a purchase and sale agreement with the Seller.

1. General provisions
1.1. The Seller, operating in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
1.2. The online store operates exclusively online. All photos, descriptions, prices and availability of goods are current, but may change without notice.
2. Placing an order
2.1. The Buyer undertakes to provide complete, reliable information for placing an order.
2.2. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to process the order in cases of: incorrect filling out of the form, violation of the terms of previous orders, doubts about the Buyer's good faith.
3. Payment and delivery
3.1. Payment is made in full before the goods are shipped (prepayment), unless otherwise agreed separately.
3.2. Delivery is carried out by third-party services (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, etc.), and the Seller is not responsible for the timing or loss of the parcel after it is transferred to the delivery service.
3.3. The cost of delivery and cash on delivery is paid by the Buyer.
4. Return and exchange of goods
4.1. Yarn, threads, accessories for needlework cannot be returned after opening the package, in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of 19.03.1994 (clause 3 - goods by the meter, textiles).
4.2. A return is possible only in the case of: a manufacturing defect (confirmed by a photo), a product sent by mistake due to the fault of the Seller.
4.3. The Buyer is obliged to report the problem no later than within 2 days from the moment of receipt of the product.
4.4. The return is carried out at the expense of the Buyer, unless otherwise provided by agreement.
5. Limitation of liability
5.1. The Seller is not responsible for: subjective assessment of the quality of the product by the Buyer, color differences due to screen settings, improper use of the product.
5.2. The Seller does not compensate for losses associated with delayed delivery or failure to fulfill the conditions by third parties (delivery services, payment services).
6. Personal data
6.1. The Buyer consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
6.2. The Seller guarantees that this data will be used only for the purpose of processing orders and will not be transferred to third parties, except as provided by law.
7. Final provisions
7.1. The Seller has the right to change the terms of this Agreement without prior notice. The current version is always posted on the website.
7.2. All disputes are resolved through negotiations.
